Our Process

 Immediate Phone and Letter Contact

When we receive your account we begin immediately to collect your money. We use a proven combination of letter and phone communications designed to persuade your debtor to honor their obligation. We begin launching an agrressive telephone campaign right away. Our communications are always in accordance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. We make sure to be in-touch with your debtor within 24 hours of receiving the account.

We also mail  a standard letter to the debator detailing the situation and the amount owed. The letter explains that the debator is late, how much is owed, and how the debt can be settled quickly and problem-free. From there, the debator must respond in order to work out a payment arrangement or dispute the amount owed. 

Our collectors are professional. We always focus on customer service.   We are however very direct and firm in order to get the delinquent account paid. But the days of telling the debators to "pay...or else" are long gone. We do not take any chances on violating the FDCPA.
